REFLECTION

Working on Project 2 has been a challenging experience. One of the busiest parts of the process was conducting user research, which required careful planning and execution. Another significant step was developing the information architecture, which took time and effort but was essential for the app redesign. Despite the workload, I managed to complete everything on time.

Overall, this project has significantly enhanced my skills in conducting research, creating well-thought-out questions, and documenting and analysing data effectively.
